1. About This Experience

The Rath Yatra AI Portrait Experience is a festive digital engagement activity that allows users to create a personalized AI-generated Rath Yatra-themed portrait. The experience may use limited inputs provided by you, such as your name, mobile number and uploaded/captured photo, to generate:

• AI-generated Rath Yatra-themed portrait
• Personalized festive artwork
• Downloadable and shareable digital image

This experience is intended solely for festive engagement and entertainment purposes. It is not a banking product application, account opening process, card application, loan application, financial service, contest, lottery, reward programme, or promotional offer unless expressly stated otherwise by HDFC Bank.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation in this experience is completely voluntary. By continuing, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating and that all information and photographs submitted by you are provided with your consent.

3. Information We May Collect

To generate your personalized AI portrait, we may collect the following information:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your uploaded or captured photograph
• AI-generated portrait
• Basic experience completion data

We do not collect your OTP, account number, debit/credit card details, banking credentials, financial information, government-issued identification, passwords, or authentication data through this experience.

4. Photo Upload / Camera Use

You may upload a photograph or allow camera access to capture your image for generating your AI portrait. By uploading or capturing a photo, you confirm that:

• The photograph belongs to you.
• You have the necessary rights to upload and use the photograph.
• The photograph contains a clear image of yourself.
• The photograph does not contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory, hateful, religiously insensitive, politically sensitive, or inappropriate content.
• The photograph does not infringe any third-party rights.

Please do not upload:

• Group photographs
• Celebrity photographs
• Images of minors without parent or guardian consent
• Copyrighted artwork or images
• Offensive, obscene, unlawful, or inappropriate content
• Images containing third-party trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material without authorization

5. AI-Generated Output

The portrait generated through this experience is created using Artificial Intelligence. You understand and agree that:

• The generated portrait is an artistic interpretation and may not exactly replicate your appearance.
• AI-generated results may vary depending on the uploaded image and system processing.
• HDFC Bank and/or its technology partner reserve the right to reject, regenerate, remove, or restrict any output containing restricted, unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate content.

6. Personal Use and Sharing

Your AI-generated portrait is intended for your personal enjoyment and festive sharing. You may download and share your portrait for personal, non-commercial use. You must not use the generated image in any manner that:

• Suggests official association with any religious institution or authority.
• Contains misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or offensive content.
• Violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Is used for commercial purposes without appropriate permissions.

7. Respectful Use of Religious Content

The Rath Yatra AI Portrait Experience is designed to celebrate the cultural and spiritual significance of Rath Yatra with respect and dignity. Users must not upload, create, or share content that:

• Is disrespectful toward Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, Devi Subhadra, or any religious beliefs.
• Promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, or communal disharmony.
• Misuses religious imagery in an offensive or misleading manner.
• Contains obscene, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

HDFC Bank reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these principles.

8. No Official Religious Association

This experience is an independent festive engagement initiative by HDFC Bank. It is not officially associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with any temple, religious trust, Rath Yatra organizing committee, government authority, or religious institution. Any artistic representation inspired by Rath Yatra is intended solely for festive celebration and cultural appreciation.

9. Originality of AI Portrait

The AI-generated portrait is created uniquely based on your submitted photograph and system-generated artistic interpretation. The experience is designed to avoid unauthorized use of copyrighted content or third-party intellectual property. Users must not modify or use the generated portrait in any manner that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, personality, or other intellectual property rights.

10. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Uploading a photograph that belongs to you.
• Ensuring that your uploaded photograph does not violate any third-party rights.
• Using and sharing the generated portrait responsibly and lawfully.
• Respecting the cultural and religious significance of Rath Yatra while using the generated content.

You agree not to misuse the experience, upload harmful content, interfere with the functioning of the platform, or use the experience for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

The AI-generated portrait is produced through automated systems and may not always generate identical or expected results. HDFC Bank and/or its technology partner shall not be responsible for:

• Inaccurate or unexpected AI-generated output.
• User-uploaded content that infringes third-party rights.
• Misuse, modification, or unauthorized sharing of generated portraits.
• Technical interruptions, temporary service unavailability, or system delays.
• Claims arising from user-generated or user-modified content.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. One Image Per Mobile Number

Each registered mobile number is eligible to generate one (1) AI-generated Rath Yatra portrait only. Multiple portrait generations using the same mobile number may not be permitted.

13. Changes to Terms

HDFC Bank reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time for legal, regulatory, operational, technical, or campaign-related reasons. Continued use of this experience after such updates shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this experience shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, unless otherwise determined by HDFC Bank.

15. Acceptance

By participating in this experience, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You voluntarily agree to participate.
• You consent to the use of your submitted information and photograph for generating your AI portrait.
• You understand that the generated portrait is AI-created and may be artistically stylized.
• You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party rights or is disrespectful toward religious sentiments.
• You acknowledge that this is an independent festive engagement initiative by HDFC Bank created to celebrate the spirit of Rath Yatra.
